We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Manager for Paid Growth. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of paid search by working directly with your manager and collaborating with our Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content, and Product departments.
What you'll be doing
- You will build and manage end to end campaigns designed to acquire new users and re-engage those who have become dormant.
- You will monitor industry trends and analyze large datasets to optimize campaign performance and maintain high standards of account hygiene.
- You will present your findings and campaign updates to the wider team while using our marketing technology stack to manage data pipelines and reporting.
What you'll bring
- You hold a degree with a focus on marketing or numerical subjects.
- You are a quick learner who is naturally curious about the digital marketing landscape.
- You possess strong analytical abilities and the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- You have a drive for excellence and are not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo.
- You are fluent in English and ready to work on-site in the United Kingdom.
