We are driven by a passion to build a fair, accessible, and open financial future. We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will help us maintain efficient internal operations by supporting our hardware and software systems, contributing to a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical career.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support to internal staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including MacBooks, printers, and office AV equipment.
- Manage and resolve technical requests related to cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion, and Rippling.
- Handle routine system maintenance, hardware configurations, and asset tracking to ensure our internal technology infrastructure performs optimally.
Requirements
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in desktop or IT support roles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues within a MacBook environment and a solid grasp of networking fundamentals like VPN and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with cloud-based productivity solutions and experience using IT ticketing systems to manage support requests.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
