We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Ops Engineer to join our team in Austria. Our company is dedicated to providing reliable and secure technology services, and we are looking for someone who is eager to kickstart their career by helping our employees navigate their daily technical needs. What you'll be doing
- You will serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries, managing 1st level support requests through our JIRA helpdesk system.
- You will handle the full lifecycle of our hardware and software, including the setup, refurbishment, and deployment of devices for our team members.
- You will assist with the onboarding and offboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure all new hires have the necessary equipment and system access from day one.
What you'll bring
- You hold an educational background in IT, such as a degree from a university or an HTL, or you have gained relevant practical experience through internships and student roles.
- You are comfortable working with Windows 10, macOS, and Android, and you have experience or a strong interest in managing SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Workspace.
- You possess a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and are interested in learning about MDM tools and ITIL-based processes.
- You are highly organized and proactive, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- You have a customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop your skills within a dynamic, international team.
