At Gopuff, we are transforming the way people access their daily essentials. Our platform serves as a modern solution for immediate needs, delivering everything from household goods and snacks to beverages at the click of a button. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our engineering team as a Junior IT Operations Analyst. This is a three-month temporary position based at our Philadelphia headquarters, where you will work directly with our IT support team under the guidance of the IT Support Manager to maintain hardware for our staff and production systems.
Key outcomes
- Manage the triage of hardware issues and prepare equipment for deployment to the field.
- Perform secure data wiping on laptops.
- Support our broader IT teams by assisting with complex projects as your schedule permits.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experience using incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
- A foundational understanding of endpoint configuration management tools like Intune, Jamf, or KACE.
- Familiarity with hardware asset management practices.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, paired with clear written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to investigate unfamiliar problems and learn new concepts rapidly.
- A detail-oriented mindset with an awareness of how changes impact broader systems.
- Experience collaborating effectively both independently and within project groups.
- A professional, positive attitude and experience working alongside remote or virtual staff.
- The confidence to make sound decisions within established parameters.
