Responsibilities
- Develop engaging digital artwork that maintains consistent brand identity across various client projects.
- Design high-impact visuals specifically tailored for Google Ads and social media campaigns.
- Partner with senior designers to refine your craft and gain deep insights into high-performance digital design.
- Contribute fresh, creative concepts to the team while ensuring all work adheres to established brand guidelines.
- Monitor emerging design trends and new technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.
- Collaborate closely with our creative department to execute design concepts effectively and meet project goals.
Must-haves
- A university degree in a relevant design field.
- Proficiency in core design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience designing for social media and Google Ads campaigns.
- Fundamental knowledge of website and landing page design.
- Experience with video editing tools, particularly Adobe After Effects.
