Responsibilities

Develop engaging digital artwork that maintains consistent brand identity across various client projects.
Design high-impact visuals specifically tailored for Google Ads and social media campaigns.
Partner with senior designers to refine your craft and gain deep insights into high-performance digital design.
Contribute fresh, creative concepts to the team while ensuring all work adheres to established brand guidelines.
Monitor emerging design trends and new technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.
Collaborate closely with our creative department to execute design concepts effectively and meet project goals.

Must-haves

A university degree in a relevant design field.
Proficiency in core design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Fluency in both Greek and English.
A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience designing for social media and Google Ads campaigns.
Fundamental knowledge of website and landing page design.
Experience with video editing tools, particularly Adobe After Effects.
