As a Junior Graphic Designer you will:

• Create engaging digital artwork for various projects and clients while maintaining brand consistency

• Design visuals for Google Ad campaigns and social media posts that align with client goals and brand identity

• Work with senior designers to create high-quality ads and social media visuals, while gaining insight into designing for impact across digital platforms.

• Bring fresh, creative ideas to the team while staying within brand guidelines

• Stay up to date with current design trends and new tools, bringing innovative ideas to enhance client projects

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts effectively

What you will bring:

• University degree in a relevant field

• Good knowledge of graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

• Experience with social media and Google ad campaign designs is preferred

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in typography, layout, and color

• Organizational skills with a willingness to learn how to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

• Adaptability to new tools and workflows, with a willingness to learn AI-powered design tools

• A problem-solving mindset, proactively overcoming design challenges with creative solutions

• A solid understanding of project goals and briefs, ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives

• Effective communication skills, eager to learn how to present and clearly articulate design decisions

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration

• Basic knowledge of website and landing page design is a plus

• Experience with video editing (using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) is a plus
