At minware, we help organizations understand the true cost of engineering impediments by providing clear business metrics. This visibility allows teams to make smarter decisions and ensures that engineers and executives stay perfectly aligned. Our founder, Kevin Borders, started this journey after successfully scaling his previous venture to 86 million dollars in revenue and growing an engineering team from scratch to 40 people. We are currently a self-funded, seed-stage company with great initial traction, and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as we bring our platform to a wider audience.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and build high-quality user interface components that prioritize scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience.
- You will collaborate directly with our product team and customers to define and refine the core capabilities of our software.
- You will uphold our high standards for code quality by performing thorough code reviews, writing unit tests, and managing continuous integration processes.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently on complex projects and is passionate about building maintainable software. You should be proficient in Figma, HTML, and CSS, and you should have experience with React, Next.js, and Apollo GraphQL. Because you will be working closely with our founders, strong communication skills are essential for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should also be well-versed in agile or lean project management and have a deep appreciation for clean, efficient code.
