We are looking for a motivated Junior Commercial Loan Originator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. Our firm focuses on facilitating commercial financing solutions, and we pride ourselves on providing our originators with company-generated leads to help jumpstart your success. We are seeking someone who is eager to grow their career in finance and build a robust network of professional connections.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate applicant documentation and information to effectively develop new loan applications.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with both local and national referral sources, utilizing both our provided leads and your own outreach efforts.
- Engage in consistent prospecting by maintaining active dialogues with attorneys, accountants, financial intermediaries, and bank loan officers to expand our reach.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in business development and relationship building. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with prospecting and have the ability to manage a direct calling database. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with our clients and partners.
