The role

We are hiring a Junior Coach with a sales focus to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying interest and building commitment so that only the right prospects advance to our closing calls. The position requires senior-level experience in phone or digital first-contact sales roles such as SDR, setter, or inside sales.

Core responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads quickly and thoroughly, book committed appointments, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce while actively managing show rates through confirmations and preparation.
• Conduct first outreach via phone and WhatsApp, uncover genuine interest, address objections early, and ensure a clean hand-off to our closers.
• Track personal KPIs including show rate, appointments set, and cash collected, follow up consistently on pipeline opportunities, and participate in ongoing performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and experience

You bring proven experience in telephone or digital customer first contact, whether as an SDR, setter, inside-sales representative, or in a comparable role. Strong communication skills are essential so you can quickly build rapport, earn trust, and create commitment. You work in a structured, self-directed manner and have hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Background knowledge in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is an advantage, and you are comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics. Fluency in both German and English is required.

Compensation and benefits

Base pay is EUR 2,000 per month plus uncapped commission. In a typical month total earnings range from EUR 3,500 to 5,500, with strong months reaching EUR 7,000 or more. All team members work 100 percent remotely with flexible scheduling around core evening hours when most leads are active.
