What you will be working on:

• Building and maintaining a robust web platform: You’ll work across various domains, including CMS, CRM, messaging, payment processing, media handling, e-commerce, ads, and AI-driven features.
• Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure: You’ll ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform by managing the underlying infrastructure, from distributed clouds to databases. You’ll also proactively monitor the system to detect and resolve issues before they impact users, continuously seeking improvements..
• Maintaining the codebase and ensuring continuous delivery: You’ll be responsible for keeping the codebase clean, modular, and well-documented. You’ll also implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of requirements.
• Collaborating with product and business teams: You’ll work closely with these teams to build, test, and deliver features on time and with high quality. Our flat structure means that, as an engineer, you can have a significant influence on the direction of Nas.io.
• Supporting and troubleshooting: You’ll help resolve issues encountered by our customers, identify patterns, and detect bottlenecks. Your insights will contribute to long-term improvements and lessons learned.
• Maintaining documentation: You’ll keep our documentation and knowledge base up-to-date, ensuring that information is readily accessible to the team.
• Developing internal applications and tools: You’ll create and maintain tools for our account managers and support teams, enabling them to efficiently serve our customers.
