About the Role

We are searching for a Jr. Systems Programmer to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys using their scripting knowledge and data management skills to make a tangible impact. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support data research initiatives while ensuring all proprietary client information remains strictly confidential.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation regarding our internal processes, technical findings, and project recommendations.
• Provide reliable technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring user accounts, and implementing corrective action plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within our organization. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Proven experience in a technical or administrative role, ideally with a background in a help desk environment.
• A solid understanding of network concepts and the ability to diagnose hardware and software problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist team members and document your work.

This position is based in Champaign, Illinois, and offers flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $64,000 per year. In addition to your base pay, we support our employees with the following perks:
