We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Sakon. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of mid-to-large-scale enterprise projects. You will work remotely to ensure our technical and functional solutions are delivered successfully while maintaining strong relationships with our partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, strategy, scope, and detailed plans.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow integration projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and proper governance.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, manage action items, and provide clear status reports to clients and partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing scope creep through effective change control.
- Develop essential project documentation, including use cases, test cases, and training materials.
- Communicate escalations and project updates professionally to ensure all parties remain aligned.
- Support our PMO Director by mentoring junior staff and recommending process improvements.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of industry experience, specifically delivering mobility software solutions to global clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing ServiceNow integration projects, including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to travel for business as needed, typically less than 25 percent of the time.
Nice-to-haves
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential.
- Experience managing integrations involving HRIS, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and financial systems.
