Jr. Data Scientist at Copado

We help over 1,000 innovative global brands, including companies like Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, and eBay, achieve digital transformation through our native CI/CD and robotic testing tools. Our low-code platform bridges the gap between non-technical admins and professional developers, allowing enterprises to scale software delivery across complex multi-cloud environments. We are currently looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our team in Spain on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using Python and PySpark to uncover actionable insights and identify key trends.
• Design and implement effective data models that align with business goals and support informed decision-making.
• Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms and statistical models to optimize sales and marketing processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We look for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience coding in Python, including a solid grasp of data structures and development best practices.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience processing large datasets with PySpark.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce data models for Sales and Marketing cloud, as well as experience with Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical findings and business requirements.
• Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster is highly valued, as is familiarity with Tableau or Salesforce CRM Analytics.
