We are Rocket Partners, a profitable and independent technology firm founded in 2016 that specializes in solving complex challenges through creative cloud solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Entry Level Java Cloud Engineer to join our team in Makati City, Manila, where you will help us build and deliver innovative software from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of full stack, cloud-native applications.
Build backend services by utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
Design responsive user interfaces using Angular.
Develop your skills in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Engage in the full development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Native fluency in English.
A strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming, with a focus on Java.
Experience or academic exposure to web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.
A genuine desire to master cloud technologies, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
