What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior IT/Developer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in either Australia or the United States. In this position, you will serve as a key technical leader, focusing on the growth of our e-commerce capabilities while ensuring our internal IT operations remain secure and efficient. You will act as a bridge between our business needs and our technical execution, making this an ideal spot for an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Shopify Development: You will lead the optimization and development of our Shopify platform, creating custom themes and applications that improve the shopping experience for our global customers.
• System Integrations: You will build and maintain connections between Shopify, NetSuite, and other essential business tools to ensure data flows smoothly and processes are automated.
• Technical Leadership: You will provide expert guidance to our third-party development partners, ensuring that all code meets our high standards and that our technology roadmap stays on track.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should bring 6 to 8 years of relevant technology experience, including 2 to 4 years in a leadership or management capacity. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:

• Deep technical knowledge of Shopify and experience building custom solutions and integrations.
• Strong experience managing hybrid Windows and MacOS environments, including hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google GSuite, and enterprise security practices.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment.
