We are looking for a Senior IT Workplace Administrator to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key player in our fintech and payment technology company, you will serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring our digital environment remains secure, stable, and efficient for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including physical networks, servers, and terminals in partnership with our external Unifi provider.
- Handle the configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance of all hardware and software systems.
- Oversee the security of our operating systems and implement robust endpoint protection.
- Provide hands-on operational support for desktops, printers, applications, and storage devices.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, implementing long-term improvements to prevent recurring problems.
- Act as a mentor and technical resource for less experienced team members.
- Work independently on diverse assignments while helping to define the best technical approaches for new projects.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of professional experience in system administration or IT support.
- Strong technical proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 environments.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, security protocols, and endpoint protection.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities to solve atypical technical challenges.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
