Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing first-level resolution for hardware, software, and application issues.
• Log all service requests accurately within our ticketing system.
• Manage the setup and deployment of Windows and Mac hardware and software.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace to ensure seamless access for our team.
• Handle Okta identity management and configure HubSpot settings to support sales and marketing needs.
• Perform basic network operations and firewall management, including monitoring performance and device configuration.
• Document technical procedures and user queries to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate partners or suppliers when necessary.

Must-haves

• One to two years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Mac environments.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and basic network operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative team spirit.

Nice-to-haves

• Higher education or certifications in IT, computer science, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, Google Workspace, or Microsoft credentials.
• Prior experience with Okta and HubSpot administration.
