The opportunity
As an IT Technician II, you will serve as a vital member of our IT Service Operations team. This role is designed for a self-starter who enjoys solving complex technical challenges with minimal oversight. You will be the go-to person for our employees, ensuring they have seamless access to their hardware, software, and corporate systems. By providing high-quality technical assistance and maintaining our internal infrastructure, you will help keep our global team connected and productive.
A day in the life
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, responding to inquiries through our ticketing system with empathy and technical precision.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and applications.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for employees while documenting solutions to improve our internal knowledge base.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in IT support. You are comfortable navigating both Windows and Mac environments and have a solid grasp of how various systems interact. You bring a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to research and resolve issues independently. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, along with collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing workflows and managing mobile devices via tools like Intune or Jamf.
- Intermediate knowledge of identity providers such as Azure or Okta, as well as security and distribution groups.
- A foundational understanding of SaaS application user lifecycles and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
