What you bring

We are looking for a Senior IT Technical Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will serve as the core IT resource for our Quality Systems, specifically focusing on the Veeva Quality Suite. Your role involves managing the lifecycle of these applications, from initial requirements gathering to ongoing operational support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Translating complex business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives for the Veeva Quality Vault by managing configuration changes and prioritizing feature enhancements.
• Overseeing validation and change management processes, which includes drafting requirements documentation and executing test scripts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in the system development lifecycle, including design, configuration, and testing. We require at least five years of IT experience and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Veeva Vault Quality Suite. You must be proficient in English and demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Experience with Computer Systems Validation is essential, and familiarity with Quality Systems such as training, deviations, and controlled document management is highly preferred. While not mandatory, holding a Veeva Vault Administrator certification and having prior project management experience will distinguish your application. We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging the gap between technical systems and business objectives.
