What you bring
We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is vital to our mission, as you will be responsible for translating complex data into stories of impact while ensuring our internal systems run smoothly. You will be expected to perform the following core responsibilities from anywhere in the world:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets that clearly communicate our organizational progress and mission impact.
- Provide hands-on support for Dynamics 365, including troubleshooting issues for our home and field office staff.
- Manage and update our internal help centers by creating demonstration videos, documentation, and release notes to ensure effective system adoption.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a mature Christian faith and a deep commitment to the mission and values of World Relief. You should be able to affirm our core beliefs and our identity as a faith-based humanitarian organization. Professionally, you must have at least two years of experience in Power BI development, including a strong grasp of DAX, data modeling, and data visualization best practices. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or possess equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English is required, along with technical familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and Relational Databases. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences while working effectively within a diverse, cross-cultural, and remote team environment.
