The role

We are searching for a Senior IT Systems Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will take ownership of our technology landscape, acting as a key partner to our leadership team and external vendors to ensure our digital operations are not only functional but also forward-thinking.

Core responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the management of our IT systems and the coordination of our external technology vendors.
• Oversee all daily technology operations, which includes maintaining Office 365, managing internal servers, and ensuring our network security and access protocols are strictly followed.
• Lead our disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure our organization remains resilient and prepared for any potential technical challenges.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of modern IT environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for expertise in the following areas:

• Extensive experience in IT management and the administration of cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in network security, including the ability to develop and enforce comprehensive security policies and data access controls.
• Proven ability to analyze departmental business requirements and translate them into cost-effective technological solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with leadership and various stakeholders to manage project timelines and IT budgets.
