Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom or Ireland, where you will help evolve our corporate infrastructure by focusing on automation, identity management, and cloud-based systems.

Your impact

• Design and implement scalable automations to streamline identity and access management, security, and enterprise email deliverability.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to modernize our corporate IT infrastructure, with a heavy emphasis on infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Drive incident response efforts and integrate cutting-edge AI tooling to eliminate manual toil across the organization.

What you'll need

• Three to five years of experience in systems engineering, paired with a genuine passion for automation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience building and managing cloud-based systems, specifically within environments like AWS, Okta, and iPaaS platforms like Workato.
• A proactive mindset that enjoys challenging assumptions and using data to build better, more efficient systems.
