The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical infrastructure, ensuring that our high-performing teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. You will manage our mixed-platform environment, oversee endpoint security, and help shape our strategic IT roadmap. This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a key role in elevating our organizational maturity through innovative, data-driven solutions.

A day in the life

• Provide world-class remote end-user support while managing service requests and asset lifecycles.
• Administer and secure our critical IT systems, including identity management, single sign-on, mobile device management, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate on the development of foundational procedures and best practices while contributing to projects that enhance our security and systems integration.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for problem-solving and a customer-first mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and you enjoy working with a diverse range of technologies. You possess the following qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in an IT support role within a high-demand environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in managing mixed operating systems, including macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Deep experience with identity management, network administration, and policy development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
• The ability to work a time-shifted schedule to ensure partial overlap with the Pacific time zone.
