We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. At Quantum-Si, we are dedicated to innovation, and we need a skilled professional to help us manage our complex technical environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and security of our systems as we continue to push the boundaries of our industry.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our complex IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems perform at their peak and remain highly available.
- Administer our Linux and Windows server environments while overseeing our AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our lab and manufacturing devices, while ensuring all operations meet SOX compliance and cybersecurity standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, though we are happy to accept equivalent professional experience in its place.
- At least five years of hands-on experience managing complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Current AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
- Proven proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration, along with extensive experience handling Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong familiarity with data backup solutions, SaaS application management, and on-premises hardware.
- The ability to thrive in a startup environment where you will interface directly with users to solve problems.
What we offer
The estimated base salary for this position in the United States ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Please note that final compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, all of our full-time team members are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity participation.
