We are looking for a Mid-Level IT System Administrator to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our company focuses on Precision Demand Marketing through our Integrate and Pipeline360 solutions, helping marketers govern data and drive revenue. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technology services to our end-users within a cloud-centric environment, including managing workstation configurations via Intune and Jamf.
- Oversee our SSO infrastructure by configuring SAML, OIDC, and SCIM settings while collaborating with application owners to integrate new SaaS tools.
- Provide comprehensive support for our global team, which includes handling ticket resolutions, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining over 200 SaaS accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate IT, specifically regarding identity management, SaaS administration, and cloud support.
- Advanced technical knowledge of O365, Okta, and both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- A solid understanding of core networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact, whether working independently or as part of a global team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience maintaining IT security postures in alignment with compliance standards like SOC2 or ISO 27001.
