We are looking for a Senior IT System Administrator to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. LSA was founded in 1991 and has grown into a premier provider of language-based services, supporting over 2,000 clients worldwide with a dedicated team of more than 240 employees and a vast network of global linguists.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot both hardware and software systems.
- Ensure the reliable operation and performance of our network information systems.
- Design, document, and test network and server platforms while analyzing system needs.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance our technical infrastructure.
- Manage system security through the configuration of firewalls and VPNs.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to support our evolving business requirements.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience managing Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and MS SQL Server.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong skills in planning computer and networking systems.
- Proven ability to isolate and resolve complex network and user issues.
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining personal computers and network hardware.
- Fluency in English.
