Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sys Admin to join our team in Israel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career to grow within a fast-paced fintech company. The role involves supporting end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to end-users remote and onsite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices - IOS, Android, WinOS, MacOS.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, devices, and other equipment.
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enforce security protocols and policies.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access management, and hardware provisioning.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Zoho, Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
- Able to accommodate global working hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
