What is this role?

We are seeking a Junior IT Sys Admin to join our team in Israel. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.

What will you do?

• Provide reliable Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to our team members, whether they are working remotely or in the office.
• Manage the setup and configuration of workstations and various hardware devices to ensure everyone is ready to work.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions within our helpdesk system.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Windows and macOS environments. You should also have a solid understanding of common office tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure, Intune, Zoho, Jira, and Confluence. Since we operate on a global scale, you must be proficient in both English and Hebrew. We value strong problem-solving skills and a genuine willingness to learn. If you hold certifications like ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, that is a significant bonus. Please note that you must be able to accommodate our global working hours, which run from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
