What you bring

As an entry-level IT Support Technician working on-site in the United States, you will serve as the first point of contact for our team members. This full-time role focuses on maintaining our internal technology environment and ensuring our staff has the tools they need to succeed. You will be expected to handle a variety of technical tasks, including the following responsibilities:

• Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware, Windows OS, Office 365, and various peripheral devices.
• Managing and resolving support requests through our help desk system, phone, and email channels.
• Documenting all incidents and resolutions accurately to maintain our internal knowledge base and service standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining user confidentiality. While a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, we value candidates who have hands-on experience with desktop hardware and software support. You should be comfortable working with Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, and Group Policy, and you should have a solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals. Experience with VMware, virtual machines, and Office 365 is essential for success in this role. Beyond your technical skills, you must be a clear communicator who can effectively interact with colleagues and vendors while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in our office environment.

What we offer
