The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our global IT team. Based in the United Kingdom, you will be a vital point of contact for our staff, ensuring that our colleagues have the reliable technology they need to succeed. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards for technical assistance while helping us evolve our internal processes. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the unique chance to travel to our other international offices, keeping you connected to our global community.
A day in the life
- You will provide hands-on technical support for both Windows and macOS environments, ensuring that hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently to keep our teams moving.
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle for our employees, which includes preparing hardware for new hires and securely handling equipment for those moving on to new adventures.
- You will act as a technical lead for our physical workspaces, maintaining the technology in our meeting rooms and ensuring that our company-wide events run without a hitch.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for helping others. You possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong technical proficiency with macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Practical experience using IT ticketing systems, with a preference for JIRA.
- A highly organized mindset that allows you to multitask effectively and set clear priorities.
- A natural ability to provide excellent customer service while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
