IT Support Technician I at Learfield

What you'll be doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, handling incoming help desk calls and managing requests through our ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and configuration for workstations, including installing software, upgrading hardware, and ensuring that security updates and backups are functioning correctly.
• Document your troubleshooting process and resolution steps thoroughly, while also contributing to our internal knowledge base to help streamline future support efforts.

What you'll bring

• A strong foundation in PC hardware and software, specifically with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products.
• Experience managing user access and password resets using tools like Azure and Active Directory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way.
• A high school diploma is required, though a college degree in computer science or two years of relevant helpdesk experience is preferred.
• The ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and handle physical tasks, such as lifting and transporting computer equipment.
• Fluency in English.
