We are looking for an IT Support Team Lead to manage our support function and guide our team in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor the IT Support team, including handling performance reviews and career development.
- Manage the support queue to ensure all service level agreements are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or outstanding technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and lead internal IT projects.
- Supervise local IT asset management and assist with procurement tasks.
- Foster a customer-centric environment and use feedback to refine our support processes.
- Participate in a weekly rotation for on-site support to provide direct assistance to our users.
Must-haves
- Advanced technical proficiency in macOS, Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Azure.
- At least 3 years of proven experience mentoring and supporting junior staff members.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English.
