About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist for a Full Time, on-site position. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring that our hotel systems remain reliable and efficient while providing high-quality service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt technical assistance to hotel guests and team members through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of essential hardware and software, such as computers, printers, and network equipment.
• Support our broader IT infrastructure by assisting with network administration, system upgrades, and the implementation of new technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support role, with preference given to those who have worked in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
• A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, specifically TCP/IP and DNS protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a customer-focused mindset.
• The flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to commute to our location on short notice.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
