What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in New York City. You will be the primary point of contact for our internal technical needs and manage our relationships with external IT partners. Your work will focus on maintaining the security and efficiency of our technical environment through the following responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for employees to resolve technical issues via our ticketing system.
• Managing our relationship with outsourced IT providers to ensure high-quality service and support.
• Overseeing the procurement, inventory tracking, and setup of hardware for new hire onboarding and general staff needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in technology and information security. We require a candidate who holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or possesses an equivalent combination of professional experience. You should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, specifically with Apple products, Mac OS, and Microsoft products. We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills who can handle hardware procurement and networking tasks with ease. You must be comfortable with incident response procedures and possess the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with both internal staff and external vendors.

What we offer
