IT Support Specialist at Ware Malcomb

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Monterrey on a full-time basis. Ware Malcomb is a globally recognized design firm established in 1972, specializing in architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, and branding. We serve a diverse range of clients across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, and we take pride in our status as a top-ranked design firm with offices spanning the Americas. In this role, you will act as a key technical resource, providing essential support to our staff and ensuring our regional operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mid-level escalation point for our helpdesk team, managing your own ticket queue to ensure that all requests are resolved within our established service level agreements.
• Provide high-quality technical support to over 100 employees across at least three different office locations, which includes assisting with office expansions, moves, and new buildouts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware and software assets while actively contributing to our technical documentation and solutions database.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal technical training and professional work experience.
• Bring at least three years of experience supporting Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and industry-specific applications like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills, paired with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to team members who may have less technical expertise.
• Maintain proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and have the physical ability to lift or carry equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
