What you bring
In this full-time, remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our internal team. You will be responsible for managing the technical health of our systems and ensuring that our users have the tools they need to succeed. Your daily work will be centered around Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Intune management. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first line of support for all incoming technical requests via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Managing the setup and configuration of laptops for our staff using Windows Autopilot and Intune.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills. You should have between one and three years of experience in a help desk or customer service role. A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure is essential, as is a commitment to security best practices like BitLocker and Defender for Endpoint. We value candidates who are quick learners and have a high school diploma or equivalent. While not required, holding certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or other Microsoft credentials will certainly make your application stand out. You must be comfortable communicating in English and possess the patience to guide users through technical solutions.
