Your impact
- You will act as the primary point of contact for all internal technical inquiries, providing fast and effective solutions for our team.
- You will take charge of our IT asset management, which includes monitoring hardware stock and overseeing the full lifecycle of our devices.
- You will collaborate closely with our outsourced IT partners to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in technology and a proactive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, ERP Next, and general office software applications.
- A solid grasp of user management and hardware troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication skills, as you must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for solving complex technical problems.
