IT Support Specialist at Quadlock

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for local hardware and software, providing guidance on applications and managing the full lifecycle of assets from procurement to disposal.
• Provide hands-on support for local IT infrastructure, including managing workstations, printers, and network connectivity while assisting our remote team members across the globe.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, acting as the onsite representative to ensure seamless communication and effective management of IT projects and service changes.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess formal IT qualifications and significant experience in desktop support or helpdesk environments. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting. Your technical toolkit should include:

• Proficiency in both Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Strong administrative experience with Cloud Based services, specifically Google Suite and Office 365.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A commitment to high-quality documentation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English to effectively support our international operations.
