IT Support Specialist at Kellytelecom

What you'll be doing

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming support requests, managing inquiries through phone, email, chat, and our ticketing system while escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
• You will handle the setup and maintenance of hardware and software, which includes configuring laptops using Windows Autopilot and Intune, as well as performing regular system updates and backups.
• You will provide both remote and in-person troubleshooting for a variety of technical challenges, including network connectivity, software installation, and security-related tasks, while documenting your solutions to maintain clear internal procedures.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong desire to learn and a solid foundation in IT support. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a help desk or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Experience with remote support tools like Connectwise Control and Connectwise Automate.
• A firm understanding of security best practices, including BitLocker, BitDefender Gravityzone, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to explain technical concepts clearly to users.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL considered a significant plus.
• Fluency in English.
