About the Role
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site position. This role is designed for a mid-level professional who will serve as a key point of contact for technical troubleshooting and system management. You will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting our core infrastructure and assisting our end users with their daily technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-user support tickets, handling everything from routine break-fix requests to complex technical upgrades.
- Oversee the deployment and lifecycle of hardware by tracking equipment through our asset management systems and performing workstation imaging.
- Maintain and support critical systems, including Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and server environments utilizing VMWare and Hyper-V.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in IT support and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We require the following qualifications:
- Between 2 and 5 years of prior level 1 IT support experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Teams Rooms systems.
- The ability to work occasional after-hours support as needed.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing environments, relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
