Nsbsl is looking for a IT Support Specialist

Full Time Mid-Level On-site United States Technology Microsoft Intune Windows Active Directory VMWare Hyper V Support Imaging English

Summary: Involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing equipment deployment, and supporting systems like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory. Includes server support, help desk functions, workstation imaging, and Teams Rooms support, with occasional after-hours work required. Problem-solving may involve external and internal resources.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Review ticket queues and support end users with break fix or upgrade requests.

Track equipment using asset management software as devices are deployed to users.

Problem solving at all levels when troubleshooting technical problems, from routine to highly complex.

Resources used in problem solving include outside contractors, vendors, systems support documentation, and operations personnel.

Responsible for developing and managing systems within scope set by senior management.

Support Microsoft SCCM, Intune.

Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.

Image workstations with SCCM and deploy to end users.

Support server functions, VMware, Hyper-V.

Support of held desk functions and deployment of new technologies.

Support of Teams Rooms systems.

Position will require some after-hours support to end users.

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of prior level 1 experience

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing end user support

A+, Network+, Server+, and/or Security+ certifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or a related technical field

Quantitative Scope:

No budget responsibility

No direct/indirect reports
