Are you ready to help us reshape the financial landscape in Australia? At Plenti, we are a fast-growing fintech lender using smart technology to offer faster and fairer loans. Since our launch in 2014, we have grown into an ASX-listed company with over 200 employees, a loan portfolio exceeding $2 billion, and annual revenue surpassing $200 million. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to take ownership of their work and make a tangible impact within a dynamic, innovative team.
What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist and Network Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Australia and operates under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for the health and efficiency of our technical environment, focusing on engineering, hardware maintenance, and network management. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive technical assistance to our end-users and managing support tickets through Zoho Desk.
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of our hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Managing IT asset provisioning, including forecasting hardware needs based on our hiring projections and ensuring endpoint configuration compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. We require at least two years of experience in an IT support capacity. You must possess a strong technical foundation in hardware and networking, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Because you will be interacting with various teams across the company, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in English is essential. We value candidates who are proactive, organized, and capable of managing both day-to-day troubleshooting and long-term asset planning.
What we offer
Joining Plenti means becoming part of a high-performing, collaborative, and diverse environment where your contributions are recognized. We are dedicated to supporting your professional growth and personal well-being through a variety of perks:
- Hybrid work arrangements to provide flexibility.
- Opportunities for professional development through study leave.
- Support for community involvement with volunteer leave.
- Regular social events, office snacks, and company Townhalls.
- Participation in our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of joining a market-leading fintech and helping us build the best lender in Australia, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to start the conversation. We are committed to an inclusive hiring process, so please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments during the interview stages.
