As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist II to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in our fast-paced environment, helping us enable life-saving therapeutics for patients while gaining experience across a wide range of technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-user service requests through our ticketing system, ensuring clear communication and timely updates for all stakeholders.
- Administer user accounts and configurations across critical platforms, including Active Directory, Office 365, and various specialized scientific applications.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for corporate infrastructure, including VoIP phone systems, DNS, network connectivity, and audio-visual equipment for meetings and conferences.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings a high level of expertise to our support operations. You should have at least seven years of experience in an end-user-facing support role, ideally within a regulated industry. A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Key qualifications include:
- Advanced proficiency in the Windows desktop operating system and standard office applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing server-based applications and telecommunications support.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents independently.
- A meticulous approach to documentation and a commitment to maintaining accurate technical records.
