What you bring
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist II for a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. In this position, you will serve as a key technical resource, providing both remote and deskside support to ensure our corporate infrastructure and systems run smoothly. You will leverage your deep knowledge of technology, customer service, and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues while maintaining the high standards required in a regulated industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and administering user accounts across Active Directory, Office 365, and other corporate systems to ensure secure access.
- Providing comprehensive VoIP and AV support, including conference room configurations and online meeting setups.
- Maintaining technical assets and workstation hardware, including the creation and administration of standard OS images and network connectivity support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience. We are looking for a candidate with at least seven years of experience in an end-user-facing support role, ideally within a regulated environment. You should have advanced proficiency with the Windows operating system and a strong grasp of DNS, network protocols, and hardware implementation. Beyond your technical skills, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to documentation and exceptional customer service. We value candidates who can communicate effectively with diverse groups, handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents with confidence, and maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently.
