Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive remote and deskside support to employees across all company locations.
- Manage end-user service requests through our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Handle account provisioning, workstation configuration, and the setup of hardware such as printers, VoIP phones, and audio-visual equipment.
- Administer user accounts within Active Directory, Office 365, and other specialized corporate systems.
- Create and maintain standard operating system images while ensuring all technical assets are accurately tracked.
- Deliver training to end users on Office 365 applications, conferencing tools, and general computing best practices.
- Collaborate with IT staff and contractors to troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues and resolve system outages.
- Support project-based initiatives related to corporate infrastructure and validated computerized systems.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least seven years of experience in an end-user-facing support role, ideally within a regulated industry.
- Advanced proficiency with Windows operating systems and standard office software.
- Strong technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical incidents independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups at all organizational levels.
- A commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the IT knowledge base.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional travel.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced experience with telecommunication support and audio-visual system configuration.
