We are looking for a Senior IT Support Officer to join our team in Brazil. As the global leader in Network as a Service, we help businesses connect to the cloud and data centers worldwide, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to help maintain our technical operations on-site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Level 1 IT support requests with a focus on prioritization.
- Collaborate with IT Support Engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of global IT equipment and manage local office IT assets.
- Handle identity and access management tasks.
- Support new employees through the technical onboarding process.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional IT support role.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with our global teams.
- Strong expertise in supporting both Apple and Windows hardware and operating systems.
- Proven experience with user access management across cloud and SaaS platforms.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clear, remote troubleshooting guidance.
- Experience in the procurement and management of IT hardware.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a self-starter within a team.
