IT Support Manager at Underdog Sports

What you bring

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and ensuring a seamless experience for our distributed team. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading our IT support operations and managing the Service Desk to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Overseeing identity and access management through Okta and managing device security via Kandji and JumpCloud.
• Streamlining onboarding and offboarding workflows by integrating our SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses at least seven years of experience in IT operations, with three to five years specifically in a leadership capacity. You should have a deep technical background in IAM, endpoint security, and ITIL frameworks. We value candidates who are proactive problem solvers, excellent communicators, and comfortable navigating the fast-paced environment of a high-growth company. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, holding an ITIL certification or having experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 would be a significant advantage.

What we offer
