The opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned IT Support Intern to join our global team. This role is a unique chance to apply your deep technical expertise to our Microsoft 365 and Mac environments. You will be the backbone of our internal operations, ensuring that our team members have the tools and support they need to succeed. By blending high-level technical problem-solving with a service-oriented mindset, you will help us maintain the seamless connectivity that powers our innovation.

A day in the life

• You will provide comprehensive technical support for end-users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues across both Microsoft 365 and Mac platforms.
• You will take ownership of incident management by logging and resolving tickets, while also providing advanced troubleshooting for complex technical escalations.
• You will handle essential administrative tasks, including managing user accounts, overseeing access permissions, and coordinating device procurement and enrollment.

You are a highly skilled professional who brings a wealth of experience to our team. You communicate clearly in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in IT support, specifically within Microsoft 365 and Mac ecosystems.
• Technical proficiency in managing Windows and Mac devices, along with a solid understanding of cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
