IT Support Intern at A-LIGN External

We are currently looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our growing team on a part-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our IT Manager to support our international operations and ensure our technical infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key outcomes

• Manage our laptop inventory, including the setup of new devices and the preparation of hardware for disposal or donation.
• Provide Tier 1 end-user support for both remote and onsite team members.
• Maintain precise inventory records and generate departmental reports.
• Contribute to our security initiatives by assisting with phishing campaign simulations.
• Handle IT-related tickets and cases while assisting with various departmental projects.
• Maintain office hardware and assist the broader IT team with assigned tasks.

Requirements

• You must be a current university student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, with a high school diploma as a minimum education level.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and general technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using online resources.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving standards.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
