The opportunity
We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our Employee IT team in Poland. In this role, you will be an essential part of our effort to deliver a seamless digital workplace experience for all our employees. You will work closely with our global support engineers to maintain the tools and hardware that keep our company running smoothly, focusing primarily on Microsoft platforms and services. This internship is designed to help you grow your technical skills while contributing to our global strategy.
A day in the life
- You will prepare hardware and software for new team members to ensure they have a great start at the company.
- You will assist colleagues with their daily technical issues, providing support through email, phone, and our internal tracking systems.
- You will manage user accounts using Active Directory and coordinate with regional teams to support our global infrastructure.
Who you are
You are a student currently enrolled in a degree program related to IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Programming. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and possesses strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Because we operate as a global team, you must be fluent in English. You should be ready to commit to a full-time internship of 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months, starting in August or September 2025.
