We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in the United States. Since 2011, Dollar Shave Club has revolutionized the grooming industry by cutting out the unnecessary costs of traditional retail, and we continue to grow our global presence with the same disruptive spirit that made us famous.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT ticketing queues and provide timely resolutions for end-user service requests.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain computer systems in a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, contractors, and interns to ensure a smooth start.
- Oversee hardware procurement and maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory.
- Provision and manage user accounts across Google Workspace and other business-critical SaaS platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for both hardware and software, including printers and peripherals.
- Administer mobile device configurations and support through an enterprise MDM platform.
- Develop internal knowledge-base documentation and provide training.
- Support A/V systems and video conferencing tools to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in IT service desk triage and customer support.
- 3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise Google Workspace environment.
- 2+ years of experience with SSO platform workflows.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac systems.
- Strong communication skills with a personable and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000.
