What is this role?
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a vital role in our startup environment, working across various departments to ensure our team has the technical support and tools they need to succeed.
What will you do?

- Manage our core technical infrastructure, including identity management through Okta, device management via Jamf, and security monitoring within Google Workspace.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from a technical perspective, including onboarding new hires, setting up accounts, and maintaining our IT asset inventory.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a desktop support environment. We value candidates who are calm under pressure and can communicate effectively with everyone from interns to executives. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace and its administrative functions.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AV conferencing equipment.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail when managing security alerts and system workflows.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, plus the potential for an annual 10% bonus. Beyond compensation, we support our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- A hybrid work environment designed for flexibility.
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Generous parental and caregiver leave.
- Flexible time off to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
