About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a mission-critical member of our growing organization, collaborating across our clinical, product, and sales teams to help execute our business goals. You will play a vital part in shaping our engineering culture while building the tools necessary to integrate fragmented healthcare services into a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding IT strategy, concerns, and needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of internal hardware and software, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Oversee identity management and SaaS services, while taking ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience providing end-user support within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency with Chromebooks and experience with Mac hardware.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, network hardware, and peripheral equipment.
- A solid understanding of networking concepts, telecom technologies, and enterprise security products.
- Working knowledge of identity management, SSO, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours project work as needed.
Location
This position is hybrid and can be performed from anywhere in the country.
